Overview:

What’s the body conditioning bootcamp about? It’s a whole body workout that can improve your overall fitness. Body Conditioning Bootcamp is perfect if you’re training hard for your own particular sport and just as ideal if you simply want to get in great shape and feel better about your body. It’s not necessarily just for fitness fanatics either. Despite being quite an intense workout that requires a reasonable amount of motivation, our trainers should be able to adapt the program to suit different fitness levels.

As you’d expect from a total body workout, we can deliver all-round benefits from head to toe. You’ll be better toned and physically fitter and you’ll probably feel just as good as you look too. With your effort and dedication you could certainly be well on the way towards a better body than you’ve ever had before.

The program includes ten physical fitness components;

  • Physical fitness
  • Cardio respiratory fitness
  • Muscular strength
  • Muscular endurance
  • Flexibility
  • Speed
  • Agility
  • Balance
  • Co-ordination
  • Fat-loss

We will use a variety of different training techniques; weight-training, suspension training, kettlebells, core stability, spinning, boxing and HIIT training.

The ultimate aim is to challenge your body throughout each training session while you enjoy the friendly and professional atmosphere.
